"bean", class of 67

I treasure my years as a Pi Lam at Carolina. I fondly remember the many great experiences and relationships that I developed. Even more than that however, as I reflect on my life since graduation, I consider my years as a Pi Lam as one of the most significant life shaping and life changing experiences that played a major role in the person I am today.

    Why choose Pi Lambda Phi?

Founded at Yale University in 1895, Pi Lambda Phi is the nation’s first non-sectarian fraternity, accepting men of good character regardless of race or religion. The North Carolina Omega Beta chapter of Pi Lambda Phi has proudly continued this tradition since 1939, and remains one of UNC’s most well rounded and diverse fraternities. Our brotherhood consists of varsity athletes, scholars, and students from across the country. Our broad diversity of backgrounds and experiences provides an invaluable foundation for character building, leadership development, personal growth, and lifelong friendships.

We are always looking for new members who share these values and wish to join our ranks. If you are interested in developing leadership skills, fostering lifelong friendships, and having fun, Pi Lambda Phi might be the place for you!
